Have you checked out FanBridge?

How are you communicating with your fans? Hopefully you are using a program that allows you to easily manage and send out great looking emails to your mailing list. There are many services out there that can help but I'm here to tell you my personal favorite is FanBridge. It's designed specifically for bands. They offer free email and mobile fan list management. I've been using FanBridge for several years now and love how easy it is to use.

FanBridge is great -- I make all of my acts use it and always recommend it. I love that text messaging AND emailing are together in one service. However, their signup forms still leave quite a bit to be desired.
