Being polite goes such a long way in this business
It's interesting to me that some people are just downright rude. No matter what, just rude. Why is that? In this business, rudeness will not get you anywhere. Being friendly at all times is such a plus. When people are nice to you, typically you are nice back. I always say that people like to help people they like. It's so true!
And remember, when typing emails it's really easily to come off as rude even if you are smiling as you type.
